Project Overview

Seller lead generation is a vital yet highly time consuming aspect of a sales agents job, and the payoff isn’t always there. Agents will often spend several hours a day prospecting for new properties to sell, and many of they people they reach out to don’t often eventuate into vendors. It’s difficult for an agent to find leads to reach out to and then determine which are likely to convert and which aren’t.

Project Outcome

We created a new product called Enriched Seller Leads, helping agents prioritise where they spend their prospecting time by highlighting leads that are more likely to convert and arming them with key information to put their best foot forward to win the listing. Enriched Seller Leads was another key product I designed for the new Pro subscription, where we had 1,100 agencies signed up in the first 3 months!

My Role

I led the design of the Seller Lead Enrichment features end to end; from discovery, research, high fidelity design and build processes.

I worked extremely closely with the data science team to understand how our propensity models work and how that would translate into the design of the product. I also collaborated heavily with privacy and legal to ensure we were creating a product that was fair and transparent.
